A 4-week virtual guided breathwork journey for anyone who’s been living in survival mode, stuck in their head, or disconnected from their body and is finally ready to make changes.

​

We’ll use conscious connected breathing, daily regulation tools, and nervous system education to help you:

  • Reconnect with your body’s signals and intuition

  • Understand and regulate your stress response

  • Release stored tension and emotion

  • Learn what it actually feels like to be grounded, calm, and present

Within a year, I went from complete burnout—feeling stuck, unsure of my path, and weighed down by emotions I didn’t know how to process, to falling in love with life again. My mind raced constantly, stress felt overwhelming, and I struggled to cope with feelings that made no sense to me. Physically, my body was suffering too...chronic asthma, snoring, and tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I was disconnected from myself, my emotions, and my own sense of safety.

Breathwork changed everything. It became the tool that expanded my window of tolerance, allowing me to navigate stress without feeling consumed by it. Through conscious breath, I learned to regulate my nervous system, quiet my overactive mind, and actually listen to what my body was trying to tell me.

By shifting to nasal breathing and correcting my tongue posture, I opened up my airways, eliminated my lifelong asthma, and stopped snoring altogether. Beyond the physical benefits, breathwork helped me reconnect with my body in ways I never imagined. As someone who has struggled with gender and body dysmorphia, breathwork allowed me to feel safe in my body—perhaps for the first time.

Breathwork is now something I turn to every single day—not just to reduce stress, but to gain clarity, to feel present, and to align with what truly matters.
